どう訳して良いかわかりません。

My purpose in writing this book is to help others grow, but it wouldn't have done a bit of good had I affirmed and visualized something like the following: "Because of the logic, clarity, convincing examples, and spirit in which this information is offered,readers will easily understand and apply the concepts in this book to create happier lives for themselves."

タロウさんがわからないとおっしゃっている部分は、次の２つの文法ルールが重なっていてわかりにくくなっています。

＜ルール１＞
If節でIfが省略されると主語と動詞の語順が入れ替わります。Ifの省略は書き言葉ではよく使われます。
例文：If I had known about it, I would have told you. は Had I known about it, I would have told you. となります。

＜ルール２＞
「ＡならばＢ」は "If A, B." ですが、Ｂの部分を前にもってくると "B if A." のようにカンマは通常省略されます。

上記２つのルールを今回の文章にあてはめて、省略のない文章に戻してみると次のようになります。

it wouldn't have done a bit of good had I affirmed and visualized something like the following.

→ If I had affirmed and visualized something like the following, it would't have done a bit of good.（もし私が次のようなことを断言したり具現化したりしていたとすれば、少しも役に立たなかっただろう。）

仮定法の倒置が起きているのではないでしょうか？
it wouldn't have done a bit of good, if I had affirmed ～
itの節にwouldが使われ、would't have doneとなっているので仮定法過去完了であることが確認することができます。
